Tim Manuel is the Head of Responsible Investment in the UK at Aon, leading a dedicated team of 20 specialists. With a focus on helping investors implement responsible investment strategies, Tim brings extensive expertise in investment strategy, asset allocation, investment manager research, investment consulting, and fiduciary management. He takes pride in working closely with his clients, assisting them in aligning their investment practices with their values and sustainability goals. Beyond his role at Aon, Tim actively contributes to industry research and initiatives that promote responsible investment best practices. He serves as the Working Group co-chair for the Investment Leaders Group at the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, collaborating with other leaders to drive positive change in the field, and is on the Steering Group of the Investment Consultants Sustainability Group. Tim strives to support investors in navigating the evolving landscape of responsible investment and achieving their long-term sustainability objectives.
Tim joined Aon in 2006. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and has a degree in Theoretical Physics from Newcastle University. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, especially squash, football and cycling, and spending time with his young family.
